Veilstone Cape

Veilstone Cape is an area located in the center of the Cobalt Coastlands of Hisui. It stretches between Windbreak Stand and Lunker's Lair. Warden Palina of the Pearl Clan is encountered here for the first time, mourning the loss of the late Lord Arcanine.
