Kitakami Hall

Kitakami Hall is a location east of Mossui Town where locals of Kitakami hold the traditional Festival of Masks. Various food stalls are set up during this festival. The Mossened Boulder can also be found here, a fragment of the Fallen Horn, one of the Six Wonders of Kitakami.
