Hall of Origin

The Hall of Origin is an area where the Mythical Pokémon Arceus resides. The area originally appeared in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, but is only legitimately accessible in the remakes, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. It is located above the Spear Pillar, and can be reached after entering the Hall of Fame and obtaining the National Pokédex by returning to the Spear Pillar with the Azure Flute. In Generation IV, the Azure Flute was an event item that was never distributed, but it can be obtained through regular gameplay in Generation VIII. In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, the Hall of Origin is not labeled as such in-game, and is instead treated as part of the Temple of Sinnoh. The soundtrack does refer to it as the Hall of Origin.
