Vista Lighthouse

The Vista Lighthouse is a location in Sunyshore City in the Sinnoh region. This lighthouse consists of an elevator and an observation deck. The player can see the Sinnoh Pokémon League building if they look into the binoculars at the observation deck. This is also where the player will first meet Volkner.
