Opelucid City

Opelucid City is a city located in northern Unova. The look of the city differs between versions; in Black and Black 2, the city has a futuristic, technological appearance, while in White and White 2, it has a traditional, more natural appearance. This is also reflected by the city's background music in each respective version. During the storyline of Black 2 and White 2, the city is frozen by the Plasma Frigate, blocking the entrances to all buildings except the Pokémon Center, Gym, and Drayden's house. During the end credits, the ice is shown to be thawing. It is implied that, after the events of Black and White, a landslide on the old Victory Road occurred, and, as a safety precaution, the exit to Route 10 was sealed off.
