Lake Verity

Lake Verity [ a ] is a location in the Sinnoh region, and part of the Obsidian Fieldlands in the Hisui region. At the center of the lake, there is a cave that is named Verity Cavern, which is home to the Legendary Pokémon Mesprit, the guardian of the lake and the Being of Emotion. The lake, along with Lake Valor and Lake Acuity, is tied to the myth of the creation of the Pokémon world, specifically the creation of spirit. According to Volo, it was formed from the crater of a volcano. In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, the player and their rival, Barry, come here after watching reports of a Red Gyarados on television in hopes of seeing something similarly amazing.
