Lake Valor

Lake Valor [ a ] is a location in the Sinnoh region, and part of the Crimson Mirelands in the Hisui region. At the center of the lake, there is a cave that is named Valor Cavern, which is home to the Legendary Pokémon Azelf, the guardian of the lake and the Being of Willpower. The entrance to Lake Valor is blocked by two Scientists or Cameramen until the player talks to Professor Rowan at the Canalave Library after earning the Mine Badge. Team Galactic's Commander Saturn is battled here for the first time.
